How did he become a ranger?

“I started to work for Mashatu Game Reserve in 1992. I was working as a barman in the beginning, but began to take interest in all the birds in the birdbath and began reading books about birds and animals. I ended up becoming very interested in the bush and then became a ranger in 1995”.

Most memorable sighting/s

“I do have some interesting stories from out in the bush.  My favourite sighting was a yellow-billed kite that had caught a monitor lizard”.
